Please treat the vacation apartment and its inventory carefully. If there is any damage, heavy soiling, or theft of inventory, a fee may be charged. It is important to observe the house rules. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, it is particularly important to be considerate of other residents and neighbors. Please ensure that TV and audio devices are set to a low volume.
When you leave the vacation apartment, please close windows and doors, turn the heating down to a low level, and turn off lights and electronic devices.
Please note that pets are only allowed with prior written approval from the provider. An additional fee may apply. If pets are accommodated without permission, a cleaning fee of up to €200.00 (net) may be charged.
There is a general smoking ban and prohibition of parties or events in the vacation apartment. Violations may result in the provider charging a cleaning and administrative fee of up to €200.00 (net). Smoking is only allowed on balconies and terraces. Additionally, the provider reserves the right to charge a penalty of €200.00 (net) for violations.
To monitor paragraph 4, a sound, temperature, and humidity sensor is installed in the apartment. The sensor does not record voices, it only measures decibels.
Internet usage is subject to strict rules. Any illegal activities, especially illegal downloads or website visits, will be prosecuted. You are solely responsible for any unlawful use of the internet.
Decorating or similar in the vacation apartment is not allowed. You are solely responsible for any decorations or similar items placed, and you release the provider from any third-party claims. You are also liable for damages caused by the installation of decorations or similar items.
The provider reserves the right to enter the vacation apartment at any time, especially in case of danger. Your privacy will be respected appropriately. If possible, the provider will inform you in advance of access, unless this is unreasonable or impossible under the circumstances.
